Aubrey's Sweets began as a home kitchen experiment — one person's refusal to accept that a dessert could be anything less than extraordinary. What started as weekend pop-ups in Boaz grew into something the whole town showed up for.
Today, every item on the menu still goes through the same rigorous standard: if it doesn't make someone stop mid-bite, it doesn't leave the kitchen. We source from Northern Alabama farms, make our own syrups and bitters, and bake everything before dawn.
This is a place that takes its craft seriously and its atmosphere easy. Come for the food. Stay because you're not ready to leave.
